EVO announced the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors, both from one of the company’s long term lead investors, Antara Capital. Chetan Bansal serves as Antara’s Co-Head of Investment Research and Raph Posner is the General Counsel. Mr. Bansal and Mr. Posner replace outgoing directors Danny Cusick, one of the company’s founders and investor and Scott Wheeler who remains a member of the management team.
